What to Expect
We Start by Understanding the need.
Every project begins with a conversation.
Our team discusses the current window concerns, project goals, and possible options so we can establish a clear direction before moving forward. We Review the conditions in person.
The next step is an on-site meeting to evaluate the existing window systems and better understand the issues involved.
This gives the WRS team and our clients an opportunity to review conditions together, discuss potential solutions, and determine any additional demonstration or scheduling needs.
Once the project requirements are understood, WRS prepares a proposal outlining the recommended scope of work. After the proposal is approved and signed, the project moves into the measurement and scheduling phase.
Our team completes the project measurements needed to move the work into production and scheduling. A typical project start is approximately 10 weeks from the date of measure, depending on the project requirements and schedule.
The project is coordinated for completion according to the established schedule. Once the work is performed, quality control is completed to help ensure the agreed scope has been addressed.
At completion, WRS provides the appropriate closeout information, including applicable warranty documentation.
