Window Repair Systems began in 1989 in a basement in Fairport, New York, with a simple goal: find better ways to repair and retrofit commercial windows. That hands-on, problem-solving approach shaped the company from the start and ultimately led to the development of specialized components and the Turbo2® AAMA Class 5 Balance.

As demand grew, WRS expanded its capabilities, establishing Advantage Manufacturing in 1991 to bring component production in-house. Over the following decades, the company broadened its services and distribution network, eventually establishing its headquarters in South Carolina and growing from a small family operation into a resource for large commercial and institutional projects.

Today, WRS serves organizations ranging from individual facilities to large public school systems while maintaining the practical approach and personal accountability that defined its beginnings: understand the need, recommend the right solution, and deliver work built to last.
