A: About 3-5 weeks depending on the vendor and balance style.
Q: Do you sell casement and projection window hardware?
A: Yes we sell Truth window hardware along with many other manufacturers such as Bronze Craft and Melron.
Q: How many years have you been in business?
A: 2010 will be our 21st year of business. Started in 1989 by Greg Fox, and became the original Caldwel Manf. warranty contarctors. After becoming the only contractor to have permission to modify the Ultra Lift window balance, Window Repair Systems created the TURBO 2 balance and revolutionized the repair industry.
Q: Why do you have Certified WRS Contractors?
A: We have such a vast knowledge in the window repair industry, and cant possibly be in every city in the USA and still provide the service we have been known for, so we train, hire and support a very select few of contractors to continue on the tradition of platinum service.
