Greg originally started Window Repair Systems in 1989 by doing warranty work for Caldwell Manufacturing. Its has since grown to not only providing that same service, but supplying the world with custom window parts, hard to find hardware and the everyday window balances everyone is searching for. He received his associates degree from Alfred State, and received his bachelors degree in business from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1979. Greg has decades of window restoration experience and has written architectural specs for almost every window job you have seen, including our class 5 window balance the Turbo 2. Greg’s goal is to provide exceptional service along with personal touch. Not everyone in this industry can provide hardware along with actual real world solutions and advice.

Michael has his associated degree from Monroe Community College and has studied at SUNY Brockport in Business Finance. He started his first job at Window Repair Systems when he was 16, going on the road with one of the service crews. Working the summer crews through college he realized the potential of what Window repair Systems can do for the industry as a whole. Working in the machine shop running CNC machines making Caldwell carrier shoes and running 4 bar hinges in 50 ton presses, Michael only grew more eager to throw his drive and passion into the success and growth of Window Repair Systems. He brings an organizational aspect to the business and marketing and emphasizes the importance of satisfying each and every customer. The importance of educating the customer is one of his top priorities, hence the development of the site www.windowrepair.tv, a growing free informational video site for consumers of every genre.
